donnak
I was listed as an authorized user on two of my husbands credit cards, he has since last year filed BK. The credit cards were Capitol One & First Premier. The negative information appeared on my CR. with Trans Union aka CSC, Experian and Equifax. I disputed these items and was able to get them removed from Trans Union and Equifax, but not with Experian, so I disputed with OC, the reply from Capitol One was a letter to my husband telling him to dispute with CRA. First Premier has not responded, it has been over 30 days.I really need to get this off of my CR as I am wanting to apply for a mortage loan soon, and I will need to purchase our leased truck sometime in January, and these are the only bad things on my report that will be there after January.Any one have any luck or experience with Experian?????
