donnak 10 Posted July 25, 2003 Report Share Posted July 25, 2003 God I am so frustrated here, I went to the naca site looked for a attorney, found Budd Hibbs, e-mailed him explained what was going on, he asked to look at my files and you can see his response in my other post on this board, and now he sends this...........WTH is his problem??????Donna: If they are not yours, you are not a cosigner or authorized user, you can sue Experian and the creditor. There must be something about the case he (or one of his staff) didn't like.I notice that there are two other NACA attorneys in the Fort Worth Area. Have you tried them?
