bfre2bme
Just got back my investigation from transunion. They did not remove anything, not even the things that I know are paid and have a letter from the credit agency's about. What the heck do I do. They obviously did not investigate, just waited out the thirty days and sent back the report. This sucks!!!!! the other two have deleted the same files. What should I do????? kb9tbq
This happens when dealing with the CRAs; plenty others have already been down that road here. You resend the letter, and point out that they need to complete the investigation now that your 30 days are up.Re-point out what it was you told them in the first letter, and what you exact them to do about the matter.Include copy of the investigation pointing out that they did not produce any results?!? If you have a copy of your first letter sent to them, then resent that one attached. Sometimes, you just get the luck of running into a processor there that wants to mess with you; or maybe they just didn't get their job done for some other reason, but least you can know that this is better then the set back others have encountered when their complete credit history has been deleted. paw67
If they claim to have verified the information, I would send them a procedural request letter asking them how they verified the information.Good luck!paw67
