bfre2bme Posted August 4, 2003 Report Share Posted August 4, 2003 I got back my info from TU they deleted nothing even things I have letters from the credit agencies saying they could not validate and were removing...what is the best thing to do ? I sent a letter giving them the fifteen days but I don't think they will pay any attention.. they suckwhat is the IT letter and where is the nut case letter? I know I saw it a long time ago. I am 40 so they have 20 years of address and 3 or 4 names. these things were placed on your cr by oc's3. after you do this you dispute as not mine. you will get a number of deletes.... dispute as not mine again and maybe even a third time. (you will get deletes.) even judgments.4. Now go after the ca's use the dispute and valadite letters. the reason you don't go after the ca's right away is because these folks will take judgements against you....so why awaken the sleeping lion until you have to. #1/2/3 above will remove a tremendos amount.5. sue the pigs.I had a zero score and I did 1/2/3 and I had major deletes evenjudgements and I moved into the low 600's from zero just doingthe first 3. Now I am doing # 4 but I am scared. Credit repair takes lots of time and it is a something where youturn up the heat a few degrees at a time.
