Waxworks Posted August 5, 2003 Report Share Posted August 5, 2003 I am looking at my TU CR, and I am looking for the slightest thing wrong, and my question is..........I have 2 accounts that were sold to another CA, and in the remarks section, the OC is still reporting as a charge-off. Anyway possible to get them to change that stat, so it will show that it was paid? I tried GW's, DVs, and disputes with the CRAs, and even contacted the CA myself, and the CA deleted thier info, but the OC will not budge WHATSOEVER!!! Also, I have 2 accounts that are reporting as 120 days late in the remarks section, and TU informed me nothing can be done to change that. Are they right on this one? If the OC's change the listing is will probably show paid after chargeoff/transfered to another lender and they may even show an amount that was written off. Your best bet is to see if you can find anything wrong within the tradeline (dates, high balance etc). You want to be careful if you have disputed it several times that they don't label it frivolous. If you are not in a hurry to have this done, you could wait until CHOD time and dispute again then.paw67 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
