headache
Well I faxed a debt validation letter to credit protections Assoc. and now there they have disapearde from my experian report (they were notin dispute or any thing) But they are still on the other 2. i have disputes going on with them right now so maybe they are waiting til all that is done to update. Or who knows, maybe they are just that slow!!My third one was from Credit Burea of Panma City have sent me a paper saying the have contacted the OC who is trying to find the original contract. They have 2 more weeks. And my other one from RJM which I received a letter from dated 4/9 saying the had contacted the bureas and were closing my account still hasn't been removed. I faxed and mailed a copy of the letter to them. So i guess eventually these will be off! Also, they did not comply with FL licencing requirements and chances are they don't comply with other state's debt collection laws so you might check that out should they give you a hard time. headache
Received my letter from credit protection associates saying they have "advised the Credit Bureau to update the report as account reported in error, please remove from all records and files"I have faxed copies to the CB's in hope of speeding up the process of getting them off.I almost want to frame these letters! When my husband comes home I'm holding them up smiling like a little kid who just got an A on a spelling test.Maybe I should put them on the fridge!!
