wannahouse
I sent a letter to EQ for disputes, they forwarded it to thier subsidary (if that's what its called) for my area.I recieved a letter that it had been forwarded around March 13. I haven't heard anything from them. I know the accounts are in dispute b/c I have a copy of my CR.Should I send a letter informing them that they are past the 30 days? Even though the only thing I have is the letter from EQ?HELP, it's be great to get these items removed. Thanks
paw67
Did you send your initial letter CMRRR? If so, I would send them a copy of the signed green card along with a copy of the initial letter and tell they they had 30 days to investigate and failed to complete so they need to remove the items.Good luck!paw67

kimber6337
Not always. Equifax sends alot to CSC and if "Equifax" isn't your area credit rep for Equifax they won't dispute it. I'm suprised they even forwarded it.
