morrow Posted April 23, 2003 Report Posted April 23, 2003 Im supposed to be getting my results back soon, be me being the impatient a** that I am, I decided to call and ask what the results were.EQ deleted a repo that was on my DH report!EQ deleted a collection on mine!EQ was also generous and updated 5 accounts to *never paid late* 1 was verified and the other 2 are still investigating.EX has been somewhat of a pain. I got 3 accounts updated and the other 4 are still investigating. The stupid thing is, thier 30 days is up tomorrow and I informed them that if they dont give me results they need to take it off. She said Yes we know.As far as TU, I cant seem to get a hold of them. The cust. ser. # says that you need to have a current copy of your CR with a confirmation #. Well I got my report off True Credit and there is no confirmation #.Oh well, just wait!

I have had no access to my report. They are in the process of combining my reports. I have 2 seperate files. So it has been a pain. when they do combine the 2 reports it should be interesting to see what my score looks like. It will probably go way down!

morrow Posted April 23, 2003 Author Report Posted April 23, 2003 Ive got 5 or 6 medical collections left.Ive sent DV letters, no responce. I sent one CA a 2nd and 3rd DV letter, and also a Nutcase 1, 2, and mailed the 3rd on Mon. Got the green card back today.I sent the CRA copies of all my letters Ive sent to this CA, along with copies of the signed green cards.I told the CRAs that they are not responding to me, so please take it off!I am absolutely amazed at how well Ive done! I am going to be glorifying my success for days on end!As for taking everyone out to lunch, No Problem! Let me just right another letter to Outback Steakhouse via planetfeedback.com and see if I cant get another gift certificate!

Jumped up over a 100 points in less than 4 months.. KB was the biggest help and got lotz of help from all of the others too... Thanks to all once again.

morrow Posted April 24, 2003 Author Report Posted April 24, 2003 I originally sent all my letters CMRRR.I disputed my 8 inquiries over the phone.I also disputed some stuff online (my DH repo, a collection, whatever else I didnt dispute in my letters)I should officially get my results back tomorrow, I got a little eager and decised to call and see what the results were.

So I am hoping maybe they will delete the ones they verified after they read my letter.

creditmess Posted April 24, 2003 Report Posted April 24, 2003 well I am hoping for it.I gave them 9 intems, all "NOT MINE" (no, really... ) I didn't hear from them...today is 36th day. So I went to the post office yesterday and send them a letter basically saying :" You had 30 days, you didn't send me resluts, so you must delete" It was a nice fat letter in which I also included FCRA paragraphs showing them they are in violation. I even put the paragraph in bold red type lol making sure they see it. I also wrote that if I don't hear from them, I will not hessitate to contact my attorney who will represent me in possible law suit against them and all the creditors involved in my dispute.So I send it out... then I get home and read the "Chevron card" tread, got all pumped up and went to check my report. Well...I found out that out of 9 disputed they deleted 4, and didn' even touch the other 5 (as if I never disputed them)So what I am hoping, that they will delete these 5 accounts once they get my "angry" letter.I mean, they did violate FCRA by not notifying me of the results right? Hell! They didn't even investigate 5 of them!!!
