thefall Posted April 24, 2003 Report Posted April 24, 2003 I need a full accounting of my payment history with OC-Cap 1 in this case. I just recently settled with CA over this piece of ancient history and need this for purposes of establishing the actual date "deliquency" as defined by the FTC. I can't begin to explain to you guys how sleazy these people are-f***aloof about how they report to the CRA's. Their goal is without a doubt TO KEEP YOU SUBPRIME FOREVER! Anyway, do I DV them-get a court order LOL...Thanks
kb9tbq Posted April 24, 2003 Report Posted April 24, 2003 DV them first this way you will have proof of your efforts otherwise. Had you looked at your experian credit report. This one out of the 3 is usually the best for figuring the dates needed. Unless of course this is off all together from what you estimate should be correct.
