Anonymous
As some of you may know, I have disputes going with several CRA's.Today the thirty days were up with ChexSystems. Where do I go from here?1) Immediately send a letter Demanding item be removed? If so, I think I need help w/ letter, as I haven't found one in the sample section.2) Wait a few more days for mail time from ChexSystems? As usual, your help is appreciated.Robert

lisak72
if you go to www.newcheckingaccount.com and sign up for their free offer for advice, they will give you access to four letters to send to ChexSystems for different stages of the dispute, as well as some other information. I'm due to hear back from CS myself within the next week. If you prefer, I can just e-mail the letters direct. Let me know!
