Hi everyone. I signed up with Privacy guard 2 months ago and I a TON of inquiries. I pull my 3 in 1 for free everyday and now I am starting to see inquiries dropping off of my equifax. It seems very random, sometimes deleting inquiries as recent as march!

It didnt happen right away, but after about 35 soft pulls by PG, I starting seeing one a day drop off.

DUDE, I singned up with PG the other day 4/23 and every time I go to log in, my report is for that day. Its not current. I asked someone else and they told me to hit the *get a new one* button, but there isnt one. What are you doing to see your CURRENT report everyday?

I had the same problem at first. OK, log on as usual , click on "VIEW YOUR REPORTS", then the next screen has a box that says-

View my 3 Bureau Report, and Score(s)

View My Past Reports

View My Monitoring Alert

That is for PAST reports, look over to the left and you will see "request reports" click on 3b credit report w/ 1b score. It will APPEAR as if you have to re-enter your CC info but leave that blank-- ONLY enter your SSN and click the "i agree" button and PRESTO- your free daily report.

I pull mine everyday (oh stop it! you know what I mean!!) and it has helped with inquiries dropping off.

I will stick around for a few to see if you had success!! let me know!

Dont mention it! Your posts have helped me in the last few weeks even though I only registered today!

I had quite a house warming party last night, and was ALMOST too tired to register and post a reply to you, but the way you kept batting those eyelashes at me, I couldn't resist! Although I must have had a bit too much to drink--I am TRYING to look at your cartoon image, but all I see is STARS! ;-)

Yeah pretty much. Its called bumpage. I pull my CR from Worthknowing.com every day, twice a day.(its free)

By pulling your own CR several times, it is supposed to result in inquiries falling off. Since the inquiries that you yourself make are only soft, they dont count.

Does that help?

It varies for everyone, I have been pullin from WK for more than 3 weeks, twice a day and the only one that came off was one that was supposed to on 4/19.

Everyone has different results, some have more success than others, hang in there babe!

LOL, figures I can't even get good luck with that!!!!! I had 31 total deletes for BF though on major creditors, and I wrote PP letter to T-Mobile for me, they took off their inqs. Half of my INQS will be gone by Sept this year. So not too worried, but its still not FAIR!!! BTW, I know, nobody ever said life is fair!!! ;)

Happy to be of some help! PG is AWESOME. I pull reports for me and the wife every single morning. I think you only benefit from bumpage if you had ALOT of inquiries. It is really odd how they vanish though, not much ryhme or reason. My wife started with 24 inq's, and now is down to 7. By this time next week, she will have none!

Another tip, even if you DO apply for credit, once you get the "soory" letter denying you, call or erite to the address on the denial letter and tell them you didnt authorize it. That works every single time.

Are you sure about this? We did target card for bf, and they denied. I thought about doing this too. I did do this with Capital one, but I really did not apply for the card. The keep sending me offers, and i throw them away. I called the number after they sent me the letter, and its all automated to apply!!! And cap1 has over 20 pulls on my cr from the last three years. When I go back to my cr from 2000, I see a bunch there too. Most are prm, but still, why r the hards there if I don't apply??? I just sent the letter last week, so don't know what they will do. What companies have you done this with yourself?
