Well, TU is a real pain in the #%&. I just opened the letter from them and it said:

Our records show that your creditor (s) previously verified as accurate the items that are listed below. Thererfor, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we consider this dispute frivolous and will not reinvestigate the item (s) unless you can provide court papers or a recent, authentic letter from the creditor (s) that explains what information should be updated.

If you disagree with the results of your dispute, you may add a consumer stsement of 100 words or less to your report or you my contact the creditor directly. The names and addresses are listed below.

Any body have any suggestions? Another plan of atack! Or does the we will not reinvestagate run me into wall?

Dont be discouraged, just wait a week and redispute online. I have had that happen 3 or 4 times, and I usually wait a week and then redispute online the item they say is "frivolous".

I have never seen the same item come back twice as 'frivolous".

I stopped mailing or calling in my disputes. For some reason i have much more luck online.

I had no luck with EQ or TU online....but I have had great success with EX online, and by phone.......got almost all my address removed, and 20 items dropped from EX, 10 are in investigations til the 30th...thats my EX date, and Mom's Day (5-11) are my TU and EQ updates.......in the meantime, I am waiting to mail out these DV letters, about the paid charge-offs and paid collections.

Paid COs and some were not even paid, just marked as CO, even got and my repo isnt listed as a repo, just a CO, I got it deleted from EQ. EQ is also completed, and EX is due 4-30, and TU is 5-11. A trick I learned with EX......do the online dispute, and if it asks for more info, call in and dispute over the phone, using a different excuse. It isnt a guarentee, but its worth a shot. :D ....By the way......I want a cartoon figure!!!!!!!
