I have a paid collection listed on all three credit reports for Southwestern Bell. I paid in May 0f 2002. What are the chances of these getting deleted if I did a dispute saying that they are not mine. Or should i send a goodwill letter to Southwestern Bell asking them to delete the items. There were two telephone numbers involved thus I have two paid collections. These are dragging my scores down and if they were deleted I have a chance of getting a decent score. In fact if I got these deleted from TU I would only have one bad trade line left. Hoping to get some feedback. Anyone?

Here is my next question

Should I write a letter to all three credit bureaus or do an online dispute with all three credit bureaus or should I call each CB I want to do this the most effective way
