fiatmoney Posted April 30, 2003 Report Posted April 30, 2003 FYI: I disputed a collection item, ($200.00) that had appeared incorrectly on my Equifax report. It was deleted on 4/25 and a new report was sent to me without a new score. The rep at Equifax told me that the corrected info was sent over to them, "them" being Fair Isaac and that it would take about 3 weeks for them to rescore my new information. She also said I would have to buy a new score report to find out what my new score will be on my Equifax report when updated. I will post the improvement here for everyone's info when I get it.
