I have a couple of questions about both. First, if something fell off cr without disputing, can it be re-inserted? If so, does the cra still have the 5 days to notify me?? If it was disputed and deleted does cra have five days to notify from date it was added back on? If they don't notify does that mean deleted for good?

Second question, does this look like re-aged account? OR CR said

They put the things below on both mine and my ex-hubbys reports as of today. Can they report this as individual? And then report to two different people's cr? Its obvious that it was at some point a joint account. We never had anything joint after our divorce. As far as I can tell, it fell off both our reports March 29, 2003. It was disputed and deleted off ex-hubbys, but just fell off mine. Back on report as of today and shows:

Date Opened:

09/1998

Type: Installment

Reported Since: 04/2003

Terms: 1 Months

Date of Status: 04/2003

Monthly Payment:$0

Last Reported: 04/2003

Credit Limit/Original Amount: $630

High Balance: NA

Recent Balance: NA

Recent Payment: NA

Account History:Collection as of 4-2003

I am not worried about them trying to get the money, as I know I filed bk on this, think it is bestbuy, in 4-1998. I looked at reports back to 2000. GulfState has different dates on that one too. Ex-hubby just filed bk last month. Can they just add it back like that. Did they re-age when they re-inserted? Is there anything I can do about this?
