techgoddess Posted April 30, 2003 Report Share Posted April 30, 2003 Well, TU has until Sunday to complete my (and my DH's) investigations. I'm not sure exactly when EX and EQ have until because I only got one of the green cards back and it wasn't signed or dated and I couldn't get a delivery date from the post office. I'm totally giddy though. We haven't heard anything back from TU yet (other than that they got our letters.) It is on this board some where. It is a law in the FCRA, if you click FCRA at the top of this page, you can look there yourself. Hope it goes your way. But I know they received the disputes because some stuff has already been deleted from my husband's EX report and EQ shows some things as "customer disputes investigation in progress" on both of our reports.
