I figure I have nothing to lose, if nothing happens all of my bad debt is gone in a year. But if I step up to the plate, it could be gone in 3 months. So who do I start with. I have 8 accounts all over 6 years. 3 have been sent to CA. The rest are with OC or at least they do not state they are in collections or trasfered. Do I send a DV to all of them or should I only DV the 3 CA accounts and send a letter off the CBR for all of the rest? I read the repair page and it left me a little lost. DocDon Posted May 1, 2003 Report Share Posted May 1, 2003 If the SOL has expired on the CA accounts, I'd dispute them with the CRA. Dispute any negatives on your other accounts as well. I can not find an addresses for the 3 CRA. Has anyone tried to dispute something on line with the CRA? I noticed the have a dispute area while I was looking for an address.
