Saptrus
When Sears blew you off the first time (on the GW request) did you actually speak to someone on the phone?I'm concerned that once they give you a "no" over the phone that's somehow documented and you can't be reconsidered for amnesty. So I sent another GW letter, this time I did it via PF. Waited....nothing. Did it again via PF. Waited...finally someone from Sears sent me an email saying that after reviewing my account they have determined that I have earned a goodwill adjustment and my account would be updated to never paid late within the next 30 days! I see the results on my CR already! Persistance pays off!And morrow lived happily ever after.....
