Well I got my TU results back today. The good news is, Wells Fargo has been deleted.

The bad news is, both Sears accounts have been verified. The odd news is that the two

other accounts I disputed were "updated". One of them was changed to "Settled for

less than full balance" which is sort of good because I did settle it (before I knew

better) but I'd prefer paid in full/never late. In the other one, the high balance was

changed from 383 to 802 (weird). Oh well, time for round 2!

Sears is a hardball thats for sure. I disputed them for ex-hubby, joint account with me. I filed bk on it, he never looked back. Sears was deleted from all his reports, but they verified on all mine. I am going to send them dv letter in my next round. How can his just come off and mine verify? Then they changed my bk date to March 2003, and put on that it is an individual account, not joint. Can't believe that they can just change things like that, and cra just looks the other way. Good luck on round two!!

Hey, what's going to be your round 2 strategy. I'm at that point too.

I've got some credit who is reporting the same bill twice.

I want tell them that I lost my wallet and someone used my info.

For them to validate?

... that my round 2 stategy, ie., validate by providing original contract. What do you think. ... I need some peer support here to make sure I'm going in the right direction.

... what do you guys think.

The'll probably refer you to their fraud department who will more than likely ask for a police report to be filed. This is probably not something you want to get involved in.
