ADSOFT
I paid late on mortgage back in DECEMBER. I never knew about good will letters. Do you guys think a good will letter will work on mortgage lates.I have a late that I paid on November 1: they marked it 30 days late. I told them I had to take my family to a halloween party, that didn't work. .. I know, its all I could think of.... anyhow how can a good will letter work, if at all with mortgage companies.... And what are good will letters, for the sake of us newbies.
morrow
Goodwill letters are letters that you use asking the OC for a goodwill adjustment and take off late notations on your account. You can find outlines for them all over the board.Im honestly not sure if they would work on mortgages, you can try though! Anonymous
What if you told them you were looking to "refinance" to take advantage of the low intrest rates, perhaps they would consider it to get paid off??
