There is another department at experian called "the professionals". What a useless group of people this

is. I spoke to this one guy Danny, what a joker he was.

I have talked to enough people at this co to put together

an org chart.

There was one supervisor there that I argured with for 2

days until they deleted a discover account.

I had an authentic deletion letter from discover and they

took forever to get back to me.

I am keeping track of names and extension numbers; it

has gotten that bad with experian.

they wont verify information; and when they say they did

they really arent because I called the creditors and the

stories dont match.

Hey, I'm kind of new, just completed disputes, in the validation stage of the game: I got 9 of 11 removed.

... But, I think SWEDE has, honored us with her KNOWLEDGE and exposed a technicality in the validation process that seems to make it extremly difficult for a CRA, to validate disputes?

... I think we should coin a phrase for this process.

What do you mean by "rehtoric"(sp.)

I thought you would like to know a very, very, very, near fool proof way to remove a trade line from you report???

... I was asking your input on coining the processes?

So for a guy who hasn't done a CMRR in long-time:

DV -> PostOffice -> ask for CMRR -> Wait( ...???? days)-> call 3 CRA'S dispute(make sure no frivs!!!)-> Wait 30 days === Yippy no more Negitive TL!!!!

If I have this right, can somebody please fill in the (..???? days).

duh, what is the average time to wait on after sending out the CMRR.

... I copied it from the org. post.

Uhm, no I don't think that's what I said, I said if you send a furnisher a notice of your dispute, they cannot respond to a CRA dispute without a notice of your dispute and many times, they do not include that and you have them on a violation. This isn't the responsibility of the CRA but the furnisher that has placed the account on your report.

Wait to do what? See if they have gotten it? You can track your letter on www.usps.gov if you don't want to wait for the green card to come back.

Well, you can send letters, file complaints with the BBB/FTC/AG/PFB, you can send an ITS and you can sue them. Most of the time, they'll fold before court but I would urge you to build a case against them if you are indeed going to court. Small claims is populated with "judges" that aren't well versed in consumer law, or any law for that matter, and it's your job to convince him/her and only having one violation of them not marking the account as "in dispute" is not a very strong case.

Thanks

Let me update the block diagram for the "SIMULTANEOUS VALIDATION TECHNIQUE" and read your previous response where you explained to me how to make AMERICAN AGENCIES itemize there charges.

I'm focusing pretty hard on how to make these guys negotiate it might be sending you an email on that.

Thanks again.
