SAME OC ACCOUNT MULTI CA'S, HOW DO YOU REMOVE MULTPLE

I might have asked before, but I still was undecided on my top priority removal.

I'm going be focusing the next week on removing a $45 bill that has jumped around 3 creditors. Alot of people seem to have that problem and nobody has address how to clear that up.

Ofcourse according to the 3CRAS their mine, because my name and ss#., but I really, only owe 1 bill to 1 CA or OC.

How would I find who has rights to collect the bill. My problem is I havn't had time to read the FDCPA. I'm starting tonight

I'm thinking of calling the hospital and asking who the bill is assigned to, then calling each CA that doesn't have the bill and tell them to call the hospital so they can verify that the bill is not with their agency then do a dispute to CRA.

... then start the DV & negotiation with CA or OC?

Any recommendations
