I have read and re-read these boards and have learned alot. But now its all mumble jumble in my head. Can someone please tell me step by step what I need to do. My credit is terrible. I have a score of 549 on Experian. I have a bankruptcy and 20 other accounts that I have either been late on repeatedly or they are in collection. These are from credit cards, medical accounts, and old utility bills. I have disputed 2 that a CA agency has with a debt validation letter, certified with return receipt. Once receiving the green card I disputed online, was this wrong?? Should I have disputed online first as not mine. I have all my old addresses removed from Experian, and Transunion but haven't on Equifax yet. I have only disputed with Experian so far. Should I be doing them all at once? I sent that HIPPA letter for the medical acct, expect to hear back from that anyday now. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey guys. i know i posted this up on friday. ileft work early friday b/c iw as sick. When i got home my boss called about a writ of garnishment that is about to take place on one of the judgments i was inquiring about. At this point i have no time to do anything correct? what i've decided to do after speaking to an attorney is to file chapter 7. the attorney said that the chapter 7 should be in discharged w/in 2-6 months. Wel, what do i do then to get the negative emarks deleted from my credit files? This is something i dread doing, but i'd rather do this than to have my wages garnished. Please some help me ASAP!!!! This process maybe happening today to protect me. The cost for everything to have this done here in arkansas is $700 and my debt will be wiped out, but i need the negative remarks gone as well. i am wanting to buy a home w/in the next few months if at all possible, HELP@!!!!!!!!
