Mel
Totally confused. If report shows ACCT Status: open// Monthly $261.00 // Balance: 0 // Paid or Paying as agreed. Does this hurt my score? Should I do anything. Another entry: Real Estate Open/0 balance/0 payments Current. Does it make it look I pay these or does this effect score? Or should I just not worry about this? lisak72
Is the first one with an OC? Those look good to me, but which report are you checking? I would try to cross-reference them with your EX report....online that will tell what's neg and whats positive. Other than that, 0 balance, paying on time is a positive (as long as it's not a CA). It was showing up on my EQ report as Status:Open, Balance: $0, Note: Account Is Inactive. I got it deleted, and my score dropped by two points. So, I would think that if you have an account that's showing it to be current (or pays as agreed), and has no black marks on it, I wouldn't worry about it.
