I got a bunch of stuff deleted off all three CR's claiming that they were not mine a while back. Its all been gone for about 5-6 months now, funny thing some of it has showed back up this week on transunion, 5 chargeoffs from 99 to be exact. Whats the deal? What now?

Thanks

Write a letter to TU and state they failed to notify you of the reinsertion and are to delete the information.

§ 611. Procedure in case of disputed accuracy [15 U.S.C. § 1681i]

(B) Requirements relating to reinsertion of previously deleted material.

(i) Certification of accuracy of information. If any information is deleted from a consumer's file pursuant to subparagraph (A), the information may not be reinserted in the file by the consumer reporting agency unless the person who furnishes the information certifies that the information is complete and accurate.

(ii) Notice to consumer. If any information that has been deleted from a consumer's file pursuant to subparagraph (A) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency.

They had one at one time, but they were turned over to a CA because they had neglected them for more than 90 days. The CAs, in turn, sold them outright to the Dark One himself who has acquired use of the Flatterers who try to coerce you into signing over yours as well.

You can read more on the credit business by reading Dante's Inferno.

You have a golden opportunity to make some fat stacks

thats a $1000 dollar violation(if what you say is correct)

Tell them you demand $500 per tradline, cash or money order will do.. ABSOLUETLY NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED

:D

Or go to court and pay all attorney fees and $1000 per violation

Then throw a party
