Miamijc
A quick question:I did an online dispute with Experian. The 30 days ran out last Wednesday, and I got an email that day saying I could check the results onlline (which I did). I have been waiting for their letter in the mail to do a procedural request letter, but have received nothing as of yet (I know, they have 5 days). I want to know if you think they will send me a letter, or if the online results I got are it. I don't want to wait on sending the next letter, but I would like to have something from them in writing. Does anyone know? Thanks.
Analisa
From my knowledge you had to request how you wanted your results, if you received them thru email then that is what you got. I did the same thing and never received anything by mail.
techgoddess
Just print out the results and use that.
ADSOFT
I just did some disputes with EXPERIAN yesterday, and they gave me the choice, I writing or by mail, but not both!!!!!
Miamijc
Thanks folks. I will use the print out as the attachment to my letter. I'm glad I asked, because I would have continued to wait for their letter otherwise.
fixmycredit
Experian is so full of crap. I have been arguing with thembecause they are reporting an auto loan as open. I have aletter from the co and the title WTF? They also deleted a credit card that never had any delinquencies.
