EX letter?

I just started round three with experian and they sent me a letter stating they already investigated the items I requested (which they have for a few of them but most of them have not ever been investigated by them) and that I should look into contacting OCs. It did not come out and say that they would not do an investigation. Is this a stall tactic or are they turning down my investigation? I have gotten these stupid letters from TU before and learned to de-code them for what they are, but this is my first from EX. Should I call or wait out the 30 days and try to see where I am? Anyone get this letter before? Thanks for any advice that will help me win the battle against my enemy experian:D :):D:)

call those fools, get a definite answer of what they 'claim' based on your communication with them. did you send your dispute certified mail return receipt? i get stupid letters from them with zero correspondence, i have no idea what they are referring to in the letters... totally vague... i constantly have to call them and tell them to be more specific... do they think this is astrology? (sorry adsoft)

Yes it was CCCR, and they do mention getting the request. I just didn't want to add another 15 days by calling them, wasn't sure if it would. I don't want them to investigate my investigation, that is just stupid. Yes the letters are vauge and all seem to be full of loopholes for them to slip through and really proper ways of saying F*** off please! I'll give a call and see where I get with them. Maybe just call to check the status of investigation and if they say I don't have one I'll go from there. Thanks :D

Yes, that is a letter telling you to "Go [EXPLETIVE DELETED] Yourself!"

EX is not going to do jack.

However, I have included the following in bold type and then with my dispute below it. This has worked in getting EX and TU to take my dispute more seriously and actually investigate it...

ATTENTION

You are required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to re-investigate my consumer dispute even though you have already verified this credit item. Enclosed is additional information unavailable to you when this dispute was previously investigated; therefore you are obligated by federal law to investigate this consumer dispute.

Failure to fully re-investigate this consumer dispute is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and I am keeping careful records of any blatant disregard to adhere to federal law and all such willful negligence.
