I have disputed everything a time or two or three... I have gotten rid of a ton and a couple of really bad things.. I am down to just some collection agencies

with some medical bills.... I am afraid if I hit them with the DV that they will

go for judgement.... what should I do... can I really exspect to get everything off. I am afaired i may dispute to much with the cra..... do you advise going after the collection agency. :D

I am in Louisville ky I am looking at my CSC report

I have 5 entries from a collection agency called GLA which covers the local

hospitals here... their dates range from 2 in 97 1 in 98 1 in 99 and

1 in 01 total of all these is 1500 hundred dollars combined.

I had a zero score when we started and I have had a judgement and tax lein removed off of each and a great number of other collection entries perhaps 9 off of each cra.

This one always comes back verified... I have been trying not to wake the

sleeping giant...Right now I am disputing saying look its not on ex or tu..

I was thinking about taking a rest till thanksgiving and then chod

According to Whychat, medical collections fall under the UCC for Goods & Services. The minimum SOL is 1 year and the maximum is 4 years just depends on the state. You need to do a search for KY UCC and see what you can find. It would appear to me that most of these would be out of the SOL except for, possibly the one that you have from 01. You may want to do some further research to see if you can find the KY laws on this. If they are out of the SOL then, there is a letter that you can send them that should get them removed from your reports.
