Kylie
Ok, here's a good one. I've had a copy of my reports for over a month now...and just finished 1st round of disputes with Exp. I happened to come across an old report from 1/2002 which had some accounts deleted. Since so much time has passed...and they somehow reappeared back on my report sometime between 1/2002 and 5/2003...can I still get the originally disputed and removed account removed permanently???? :? smogtek
You need to let them know they did a reinsert without the 5-day notice.Make copies of the reports, highlight the tradelines in question and mail it off with your DEMAND for DELETION!Make sure you quote the FCRA to 'em!
