Thanks </blockquote>Go read my link, In my signature.You can always dispute the amount of the bill, by saying that they are mispresenting the bill, and that they have to prove every penny. If you dispute they have to put a "in dispute" message on your CR.For them to prove that you owe every cent they are talking about they have to fully validate the bill. In you DV letter you must state, I am requesting full validation not a computer print out: Read the WOOLMAN letter and the CA$$ LETTER, under validation on the top board.When you understand your rights to ask for full validation after 30 days the rest is down hill.
