And my disputed accounts are still showing in dispute on PG - is it end of business on the 30th day that it's supposed to be updated? Do I have to wait for the report to be mailed to me before I can question it?

Well, you can call and check directly with the CRA's on day 30. That is usually what I do, but technically, you should give them 5-7 days after the 30 days for the stuff to show up in the mail.

In my experience, if it is going to be deleted, it is reflected by day 31 online ( PG) .

Thanks - when the investigation is over the comment on the bottom of the account noting that is removed - right? So, at least it's still showing in progress and there's a chance tonight there will be some deletions.

I was kind of surprised this morning when I checked PG. Although my investigations were completed about 1-1/2 weeks ago, all of a sudden a collection account (that was supposedly verified) with Experian shows as "consumer disputes- under investigation". I wonder why that is happening now?

I think EXP is really holding on till the last minute for disputes that are up today. I have disputes going with them for 3 different people, all of them are still in investigation status. I know the last time they did that most came back verified. Good luck to all that your day 31 brings good news.

Laura does it say anything about the fdcpa or fcra by that dispute? I don't think pg shows this info though, you would have to see it on your real report. Could be that the ca or oc put it in dispute.
