dispute excuses

Is there anywhere I can find dispute excuses?

I know:

Not mine

Wrong amount

Wrong account number

Wrong original creditor

I'd like to get 12-15 solid excuses that I can just send one per month until the CA gets tired and deletes. Even if it takes me the full seven years for them to cave

To add to Adsoft's reply, I would like to add the following. In his reply, he said to claim "wrong status" which would give you many disputes. He is right. What he is referring to is to be sure and check your State's own Collection Laws along with the Federal Laws. You might find things there to use to your advantage. Such as, in California's Laws, there are some that are quite effective, especially with out of state CA's.

Always remember one thing. It does not matter if a debt is valid. What matters, is how the debt is collected.

Thanks Retmar!!

There is a case where a LAWYER got sued for filing a suit and violating the FDCPA rules!!!! I think that's what RETMAR means by how the bill is collected!!! .... and I think he also means how it is being reported, because according to the CA$$ Letter reporting on your credit report is a form of collection.
