kb9tbq
Bankrutcy definitely takes time, especially for the meeting with the trustee to be schedualed. Be a good idea for you to read the lower section of this board titled Bankruptcy to get an idea from some others currently going through this right now. kb9tbq
Some people go the route to file the bankruptcy papers themselfs; but I definitely would not recommend that; you never know with all the special laws per state what might be over looked.Talk more with the group down that way, they can verify better then me on this matter, especially Ladynred. calawyer
You guys are talking at cross purposes. A Bankruptcy can be filed in a short time (the most time-consuming part is getting together a list of assets and debts). Completing the entire case, and getting a discharge, takes time.
