lisak72
I have one pesky CA with EX that won't go away after round 2. Wondering what others experience has been with them. I'm thinking possibly nutcase letter to the CA with dispute for round #3...but wondering if I should bother or just keep disputing it at EX. Will they delete or do I need to press the CA? Just curious....Thanks all!

lisak72
Yeah it's paid. I know I can do nutcase....with it being EX, I probably won't have any luck with more disputes. I'm thinking PI to EX and nutcase to the CA. Sound right?

I haven't taken the time to read the NUTCASE letter yet so I'm not sure how they argue their point.!!!!Was this paid CHARGE-OFF paid with the OC or the CA??? lisak72
This was paid to the CA a few years ago. I guess my question is more with how many times to dispute with EXP before they will finally remove it....and before they will stop investigating it. Don't want to become frivolous. I know everybody says to just keep sending disputes in for different items within the TL until they delete...that's where I'm trying to find out how many times it has taken people to get EX to remove something....do they label frivolous, etc? I may just wait this one out a week or so then do the DV/nutcase with CA and dispute with EX again. Can't really imagine the CA still having files, but its a small company, so it's possible they do. Doesn't mean they validate with me though. Really just questioning myself and trying to gather some opinions here before making a move.
