Waxworks
I just noticed that the remaining Neg info remaining on my EX report, are the OCs. All the CAs are finally FINALLY gone from that one. I wished the same can happen as far as the OCs go, but I guess I will wait til CHOD time. lizandjerry
Way to go Waxworks!!! Keep it up and you will have the oc's gone in no time!!How can you get the OC's off? You cant remove an OC that you still owe can you? Not unless you claim "not mine?" I know you can DV a CA but not an OC. Just a bit confused, hope you can answer. Oh, one other thing. If you dispute as "not mine" and the OC doesnt verify it will come off your report for a while, but it will go back on when the OC either sends to a CA or continues to try and collect right? paw67
You can dispute an OC tl even if there is an outstanding balance. You can try the "not mine" and if that doesn't work you can try to pick apart the listing and find anything that might be wrong with it. If the account is removed after a dispute and is re-inserted at a different time, the CRA must notify you in writing within 5 days of re-inserting the account. If they do not then they must remove it and block it from being reported again. You cannot do a normal DV to an OC, though some have had success doing it. paw67
