PG is being a little bit sneaky - warning!

PG has been a great help to us, and for that we are grateful, but man am I angry right now. DH had 90 day trial and cancelled 80 days into it just to be safe. Well, this morning they put the $90.00 charge through to his card! He called this morning and complained that he shouldn't be charged and they told him he never cancelled his account. He gave them his cancellation # and noowthey are refunding his money - in 10 to 15 business days!!!!What a scam! Just wanted to make people aware.

I placed a cancellation reminder in my PDA for 2 weeks ahead of the cut off date to be sure.

I like the service as well (Unlimited pulls!) but uncertain if I'll want to pay the $90 fee at the end of the trial. It's doubtful...

I had to threaten to send PG an ITS to get my $80 back, plus another $80 because it cost me to dip into my overdraft... I eventually got my money back. I'll have to try it again when I open a different account other than my normal checking account

My trial was up at the end of July and since I could not spare the $89.00 at the time I called and told them (nicely) I would have to cancel or they could extend me a month and I would pay then. They said no prob and I will sign on for the year. Hopefully the major work will have been done by then and I will find someone who offers quartly pulls.

Still the OP echoes complaints I had heard about them before I signed up-I watched my online bank statements carefully.

They do have a heinous privacy policy-even though I did the opt-out thing with the cra's they will share with about anyone EVEN after you are no longer a customer.
