payin4mistakes
I disputed an item, an old dental bill on my credit report and it was not verified and subsequently removed weeks ago. Yesterday, I received a letter from the creditor stating that if I don't contact them within 10 days, they are going to send account to collection. Can they put it back on my credit report? What should I do?

What should I do?If they send it to a collection company yes the reporting can be picked up again. If the tradeline shows back up on the credit report as a totally different company there won't be anything which you can do about it. But dispute like you did the first one.The best way to keep this from happening is to negotiate with the creditor that you will pay in agreement for a collection agency not to be asigned or sold the debt for reporting purposes.
