Guest
If you’re looking into buying a CreditExpert subscription, check out this offer I came across this morning. If you buy Microsoft Money 2004 Deluxe (it’s 54.99 at amazon.com, with a $20 rebate = $34.99), you get free 1-year subscription to creditexpert. That’s way cheaper than the $79.99 credit expert wants, plus you Money along with it. And they don’t even ask for a credit card! I was thinking about buying a creditexpert membership so I could dispute online easily, but now I get to keep my money.-T
creditmess
yeah too bad I already downloaded MS MOney 2004 today oh well.. thats nice of them though... I already got subscription so it wouldn't do anything to me. I have to say that I am addicted to MS Money and Credit Expert. I love to watch those little pie charts that MS Money puts together..."If you stop spending your money today you will have 1 million very soon" lol
lazy8
I currently have the monthly subscription whereby I get as many pulls as I want of my credit report and credit expert junk for 7.99. I don't think they have that offer any more as I couldn't find it on their website. So I was interested in the yearly subscription offer and checked it out. Here's what I pulled from the microsoft siteEquifax Credit Report and Monitoring Service One free credit report and one year free monitoring with e-mail notification of changes to your credit file. Commencing on August 1, 2002, and continuing until August 30, 2004, Company shall enable each End User of the Microsoft Software to take advantage of a one-time complimentary credit report with twelve months of access, commencing on date of registration by End User with Company, to the monitoring alerts portion of Company ’s ‘Credit Watch ’ product (the “Complimentary Credit Report Offer ”). Provided, however, that an End User must be a U.S. resident and pass the Company ’s identity verification process to be eligible for the Complimentary Credit Report Offer. Provided further that the End User must register by August 30,2004 to be eligible to receive the 12 months of access to the monitoring alerts. Offer good for residents in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Additional terms and conditions apply. Sounds like to me that you only get the 1 credit report and yearly access to read it. Not much of a deal, unless I'm reading this wrong.
