jewel1980
as soon as I receive letters back confirming my address and name correction if it worked I am going to send of my bk dispute letter am not disputing WFB just yet do not want to wake those "big sleeping giant corporate meanies" until I have more info, I am going to go talk to the university attorney or somebody I get a free consultation with prior to disputing b/c I have heard on thing then another, and the sol has not run out yet it is listed on my CR as an installment loan, but it was a student loan with a promissory note, so not sure if SOL applies here or not b/c sol does not apply to student loans however I heard that if it was issued as a personal loan and just used for educational purposes then the SOL would apply so need more info b/f I mess with that onebut for the BK thing I am going to dispute as not mine and I was hoping I would not have to send in any documentation, so if you guys could post a letter to the CRAs that does not require documentation or tries to get a deletion w/o documentation please post it please so I can compare it with what I have written to see if I am on trackthanks, jewel
