i have a first premier card bee trying to get lates off used pfb and they sent letter to dispute with credit bureau. did that they verified i recently closed account b/c of annual fee is there something else i can do. i had call and spoke to a guy and he told me he would take them off i have his name and id # and date and time i talked to him. is there some one higher up i can send letter to and what should i include in letter. thanks mich

Dispute address, on billing statement

Search company web site for any other addresses listed

When calling don't just deal with customer service, ask for their reporting department. Or department that is repsonsible for reporting data to the credit reporting agencies.

You might even ask customer service for a fax number to send a letter that way.

If you mix it up good enough where you are sending to, you might chance upon just the one right person that can make the difference - good luck
