EQ/CSC screwed me...what next?

I disputed 5 OC accounts, 3 judgements and 4 collection accounts with CSC online on 7/6/03.

Today I recieved my CSC report in the mail. 2 of the three judgements were deleted, 1 OC was deleted and NONE of the collections were even investigated!

So they DID recieve my disputes, they just only investigated the OC"S and Public Records.

IS this a sure fire deletion? All 4 of the CA's are still reported and CSC does not even acknowledge that they investigated them, but I do have the 5 page printout showing ALL the other accounts were investigated.

What should my next step be? ITS and PR for the verified accounts at the same time or 2 separate lettersw...one PR and then a separate ITS for the collection accounts that weren't investigated?

So what? The question is, do you have proof that you did dispute the CA accounts? If not, then you're SOL. Just because they investigated other accounts doesn't mean you disputed others that were ignored.

This is exactly why I say to ALWAYS do everything CMRRR. It is not for when things go right but for when things do not. Without proof, you got no game.

As I said before, I did dispute all 4 collections...along with the OC accounts...only the oc's were investigated. On the same form I used to dispute the OC accounys, directly underneath shows that I disputed the CA's also...they did recieve the dispute because they did investigate the OC's.

Did you dispute online or via mail. If via mail, did you do it CMRRR, as swede said? In order for you to be able to do anything with the accounts that were not investigated, you need to have proof that you did in fact dispute them. If you have the proof then I would send them a demand for deletion and include a copy of your original dispute.

Good luck!

I understand that, what I'm saying is, do you have any proof that you did request an investigation of the CA accounts?? You stated in your initial post that "All 4 of the CA's are still reported and CSC does not even acknowledge that they investigated them, but I do have the 5 page printout showing ALL the other accounts were investigated. "

The fact that you have a report with other accounts being investigated isn't proof that you asked for the other accounts to be too.

On the same form I used to dispute the OC accounys, directly underneath shows that I disputed the CA's also...they did recieve the dispute because they did investigate the OC's.

I'm not familiar with the CSC dispute forms cause I don't have to use them. So I think you're saying that you do have proof that you asked for the investigation??

I'm not trying to be hard on you, I'm just trying to prove a point :( . People around the boards are saying that online, fax and phone are just as good as CMRRR when disputing with the CRA's. It may very well be just as good when the items are in fact investigated and completed on time but when they are not, people have no proof. That is why we use CMRRR folks....

Also, can you shrink your image a little, it's squishing the page. Thanks :)
