Anonymous Posted June 13, 2002 Report Share Posted June 13, 2002 OHHHHH! How frustrating they can be! I just pulled a TU. At this point they have deleted ALL the good lines. I know that one CC (FNBM) sent them a "pays as agreed" and they still do not have it on the bureau. I have disputed the derrogs but no where on this report does it reflect disputed! I have also asked the CA's for validation but it has only been 2 wks so I haven't heard from any of them yet.TU has my STBX's name on MY bureau as an "alias"!My name prints out "ML LAST, FIRST, MI" what on earth does the ML stand for?Financial Control Services has listed the same acct twice under different acct #s. I sent them a verification letter as well.I challenged the CRA rep on the listing by Arcadia. They have me listed as $349 past due and 30 days late as of 8/2001. Nothing since. I told them that this was not accurate. Rep says "I can only report what the OC sends us." OK, so is today 9/2001? Rep:"No". Of course not. You cannot say this report is accurate since it is NOT 8/2001 or 9/2001! This is 6/2002. If you cannot report current and accurate information then you have to delete. Rep:"Do you wish to dispute this item?" (No. ... DUH!) OK, One final question. The CH 13 shows "Donald Brandt" as Atty. I FIRED that man an a female attorney took over. Can I challenge based on incorrect attorney? (BTW, got a $50K settlement from suing that atty! momof5 Posted June 13, 2002 Report Share Posted June 13, 2002 TU was showing that I was "currently 30 days past due". The problem is that was put on the bureau 8/2001. Since this is now 6/2002, they cannot state that "CURRENTLY 30 days past due" is accurate.
