Anonymous
I’m going to sue Experian. They stated they do not investigate inquires and I would have to contact the companies on my own. I know this is wrong. What section of the FCRA does this violate? I sent them a certified letter. I also requested a fraud alert be put on my account. I called to verify it was on and stated 5 inquires where not mine. Janet in Special Services stated, “we do not investigate” over the phone.I want money for this one! michelle0916
I've disputed inquiries with Experian online a few times and they've always been deleted. Did you try that?
Anonymous
I disputed them by letter and they started the investigation. Funny how they respond so differently on the phone. When there is written proof involved, it’s easier to prove their violations. I could of used the cash!
