kb9tbq
If I may have your take on a problem of mine to do with a company, it has not affects my credit yet in the usual sense but is sure to soon be. I originally posted in another section, but thought better to bring it here for your attention.http://www.debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/cgi-local/cutecast/cutecast.pl?forum=1&thread=3659
calawyer
Sorry, I completely missed this post. This is actually quite a tough question. If you walked into my office, the first thing I would want to do is look at the contract. What promises does it make about service? Is there an arbitration provision? Does the contract purport to ban class actions? Does it have an attorneys' fee provision?Second, if I remember correctly, you live in Illinois. Some states have agencies that regulate providers like yours and some even require claims to be made before the agency. Let me know if you are in Ill and I will try to find out the scoop. kb9tbq
BumpAll efforts I have tried & can't find original contract - not sure if it is in the software for installation. Also have searched every where on the web & at their site. Just can't find any terms of agreement on this company. But I have recently just started to see complaints posted about this company (they already have a destroyed record with the BBB).The other complaints are scattered on hard to find sites here & there. Thought about using planetfeed back to write to their CEO - put letter together but so far waiting to see what else I might be able to find.Sure appriciate your help - thanks. calawyer
You could always write them a letter and ask for a copy. Who knows, they might actually send one.Good luck.
