Anonymous
UPS is charging for a shipment that was supposed to be paid for by them. Now they are sending me a bill stating I owe $157. If I don't pay they will ding my clean credit rating. Their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is doing. They can't seem to clear the matter up. Should I take them to court to clear the bill. Could I collect funds if they erroneously ding my credit? Is it worth not paying the bill and seeking a small claims court to fix it? What should I do? Does anybody know? Please email me.
retmar
Do you have written proof they were liable for the bill? Or, any proof at all? If so, call and ask where and who to send a copy to so they can correct it. Then send it CMRR - "Restricted to ?????". If you don't have proof, it looks like you are liable. Anonymous
Thanks for your reply. They finally choked up and paid their debt. To answer your question I did not have any proof. I had to hammer them to death on the telephone. Thanks again.
