Anonymous Posted March 17, 2003 Report Share Posted March 17, 2003 What can you do if it takes 7 months for your credit card company to resolve the dispute? The bank paid me $50 because they took longer than 90 days, but now after 7 months, they are telling me that the billing error made by the merchant was not an error. I have already contacted the OCC but have gotten no answer yet. And in fact, the OCC is just about as hostile as the credit card company. Any other recourse?
