Time to Sue Experian?

Recommended Posts

I've been on the case the last several months with the 3 bureaus. Results with Equifax and Transunion have been better than ever expected and both have deleted around 10-12 chargeoffs and collections. Experian on the other hand reported less info initially, only 5 bad items.

I disputed these 5 items 2 months in a row with no reply from Experian after the 30 day wait. Finally after the second month I sent a demand letter that they remove all items, along with copies of the 2 previous letters, mail receipts and delivery confirmations. After waiting 30 days from the delivery date, once again I have received no reply or response from Experian. What now, is it time to sue in small claims court or what? Help me out here please!
