Need an Answer!

While getting her final demand/ITS letter ready, my niece asked me if she should include reference to all evidence she has. Also, to note what she has to back up her claim. She wanted to include this in hopes the CA sees she knows the laws and also to scare them into trying to settle before being served. What does everyone think?

No. Do not provide specific eveidence to the CA's in this example. Your ITS letter should just mention "I have you on 2 FCRA violations and three FDCPA violations." If you list the specific violations, you will only be helping their attorneys.
