Sears reaged me after bankruptcy was dismised

I filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy in 1998 that included a sears charge account.In 1999 the bankruptcy was dismissed due to some trouble I had making the payment. Sears then reaged me in june of 2001 and was reporting it 120 days late in october of 2001 is this a legal reage of my sears account

I think I read that if a bk is dismissed that the lda would be around the time the bk was dismissed.
