Is anyone else looking to sue Midland ?

Recommended Posts

They are the collection agents for Discover card and have put me through hell the past three years-I have already complained to the Attorney General and the banking department about them-they have failed/refused to validate the debt in any way (and yes it was paid long ago)and they keep changing my credit reports by the minute practically...Other proof of suits would help for the purpose of showing a pattern as someone else mentioned.
